The second wife of Mirza Fazl Allah Khan [Agha Baygum Khanum] transfers the ownership of all her belongings (including whatever she owns until her death) to her son, Riza Quli Khan, in exchange for one hundred dinars. The condition is that Riza Quli Khan will be responsible for the food and clothing expenses of his mother as long as she lives. Moreover, after her death, he shall spend fifty tumans of his own money for the funeral expenses. A male slave, named Qanbar, and a female slave, named Tuti, are included in this settlement. They have exchanged their rights on a piece of land that belonged to the late Aqa Muhsin, located in Dasht-i Juy Ibrahim in Kalah village, for eighty tumans.
